I have taken several classes that have enhanced my understanding of management such as Ethical Leadership, Management Information Systems, Total Quality Management and Facility Operations. These classes taught me the importance of good management through presentations I had to give in Ethical Leadership and projects I worked on in Management Information Systems and Facility Management.

 

In Management Information Systems, I researched outsourcing in businesses and the positives and negatives that are associated with it. I also researched the technological impact of outsourcing in a business world that is rapidly becoming more globalized. In Total Quality Management, I learned about the basics of the supply chain in organizations.

In my final paper for the class I wrote about if someone were to travel to a city, which sport out of the big four sports in America (MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL) would they pay to see and get the most quality of the game experience based on price and fan experience.
